I don’t understand the survey–where is the survey? Am I missing something? Hey, I have a free flckr account where I store my photos. Do you think this is wise or is there a better way to store large volume items. Love your cousin

Hi Cathy! Thanks for stopping by! To take the survey just click on the words “Take our survey for your chance to win!” and a window will pop up.

Regarding photo storage I’ll need more information, what do you mean by “where I store my photos”? Do you mean that you erase your memory card and the files from your computer and only store them on flickr? Or this is where you keep a copy of your images to share with friends?

Ideally you should download your photos from your camera to your computer and then burn those files to a CD or DVD. It’s great if you can use cataloguing software to help you find your images in the future, otherwise you can organize files into folders by date – say have a folder called September 2009 and put all the photos you took this month in it and then burn the whole thing to a disk. Does that make sense?
