It was great to finally meet Katelyn Tippin, Administrative Assistant at the St. Thomas-Elgin Public Art Centre. We’d emailed several times and our rapport was good but when we met in person our chatter was nonstop. And if you know me then you already know it was primarily about food. More specifically decadent cheese-filled delights. Savoury, salty, gooey goodness. Sigh. And I’m thinking there’s a lot more food discussion to come since Katelyn is now carrying several of our notecards and small prints in the art centre’s Gift Shop.
