We had a beautiful staycation last month! Normally we trek to our cottage but this time we decided to explore some of what Southwestern Ontario has to offer. We took five hours to do the two and a half hour drive to Point Pelee, and we stopped and jumped in the water at every public beach along the way – it was magical! Walked three of the trails at Pelee and arrived at the point just in time to watch the sun go down.
Saw Kiss Me, Kate at Stratford, toured through the native paths at Acorus, and swam at Turkey Point. Now our list of things to do near home has gotten longer! What were the highlights of your last staycation?
