the world’s best gyros

I know I said that I didn’t have a post about what we ate on our first full day on Santorini, but I really I just don’t have a photo. I must tell you about the gyros we ate that day. We ordered them from a stand called Poldo’s and they are, by far, the best gyros I’ve had in my life. The seasoning was amazing and the meat was juicy! Did you know in Greece they put french fries on their gyros? Just a few, it tastes a lot better than it sounds. Do they do that where you live? Not here in Ontario.
