This week’s list centres around one of my favourite topics: food! I love snacks, which is why I’m so excited about this week’s list. You’ll see it’s full of yummy treats that may cross over into the dessert category, because that’s just the way I roll.
We eat a lot of snacks around here. There’s the mid-morning snack, the lunch treat, the mid-afternoon snack, the after work snack, and there’s sometimes a snack between dinner and bedtime. Now that I see it listed out like that it certainly seems excessive. But I’m ok with that.
- chocolate covered almonds
- ice cream
- cream cheese on crackers
- granola bars
- homemade cookies
- lemon poppyseed muffins
- banana with peanut butter
- cheese on bread
Do you like how I finished off my list with a bunch of healthy things so I don’t seem like I’m eating terribly all the time? In my defence, most of the items on the list are homemade so they’re not nearly as bad as they sound. At least that’s what I tell myself.
