I recently spent five days at my Mom’s place. She still lives in the house I grew up nestled in the countryside just outside of Orangeville. We had a lovely visit, stuffed ourselves to the gills with food, and explored the beauty of the snow covered landscape that I completely took for granted as a teenager.
The thing about the aftermath of a blizzard is that it gives you a great reason to wind down and enjoy the simple things in life – good food, good company, a good book, and some nice quiet me time.

Kinda looks like Bloc Party’s first album cover, Silent Alarm. Beautiful guys 🙂
It certainly does, doesn’t it. Thanks for your kind words!
