Who is eligible to purchase wholesale artwork?
Brick and mortar retailers that purchase work to stock and resell.
Interior designers, home stagers, and art consultants are not eligible for wholesale pricing however we do offer a Designer Discount, please email us for more information.
How do I view your wholesale pricing and how do I place an order?
Once you contact us you’ll receive a special wholesale discount code that you can use on our site.
What are your invoicing terms?
Payment for first time orders is due at the time of order by credit card via PayPal. Subsequent order payments are due within 30 days of placing an order and can be paid by credit card via PayPal or by cheque.
Who is responsible for shipping costs?
Orders are typically shipped with package tracking and insurance via Canada Post. Each order will be dealt with on an individual basis in an effort to best meet your needs.
Shipping costs vary but will never exceed 10% of the order total for destinations within Canada. We typically calculate shipping costs when your order is fully packed and ready to go, if you’d like a rough estimate before then just let us know.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please keep all packaging materials and let us know within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll handle the insurance claim but we may need photographs of the damage and, in some cases, the damaged package itself.
What is your return policy?
We just want you to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange.
