Image size and borders

Open edition photographs are printed full bleed, which means the image goes edge to edge without a white border.

Image sizes have been chosen to fit in most standard size pre-cut mats for easy framing.. 

Printing process

Your photograph will be professionally giclee printed on a gorgeous matte or luster paper to make the very best image possible. That means it will be made using an archival inkjet printer on paper that maintains a lovely depth to the tones.

Custom sizes

I love special orders! Got the perfect spot for some soothing art but can’t find something that fits just right? Custom sizes are available, up to 43 inches on the narrow side of a print. Email me at jennifer@jennifersquires.ca with all the details to have a print made just for you.

Currency

Choose either US dollars or Canadian Dollars from the currency selector on the product page.

Tax

I am required to charge tax depending on the destination of your shipment. All items shipped to locations within Canada are subject to GST/HST as dictated by each province. Items sent to addresses outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian GST/HST.

If your order is destined for outside the USA you will be responsible for local taxes, duty, and custom charges.

Processing times

All pieces are made to order.

Unframed prints are ready to ship in 5-10 business days.

Framed prints are ready to ship in 10-15 business days.

Packaging

All photographs are shipped in a plastic sleeve (to keep dry) within a sturdy package (typically rolled in a tube) to protect them on their journey.

Multiple photographs typically ship together in the same sleeve.

Calendars and notecards may be sent separately from print orders to help insure everything arrives safely.

Shipping Methods

Most art ships directly from my fine art printer in Canada, usually via Canada Post. Occasionally pieces destined for the USA are shipped from a stateside location, usually via UPS.

Notecards ship by Canada Post Lettermail without a tracking number, and typically arrive within about 5 business days after shipping.

Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded.

Damaged Parcels

When your parcel arrives please inspect it thoroughly and immediately. If you see any imperfections please photograph them, as well as the damaged packaging, and email me within 7 days of receipt.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re not home when your package arrives, it will typically be left in a secure spot. In the event you’re left a note about picking it up from a depot, then it will be your responsibility to retrieve it. If you fail to pick up you within the timeframe denoted by the courier, you will not be refunded.

Return Policy

Love your prints or let me know within 7 days and I’ll make it right. However, every frame is custom made specifically for your piece, so they’re non-refundable. Calendars, cards, digital downloads, and items on sale or purchased with a coupon code are final sale. But please let me know within 7 days if anything arrives incorrectly or damaged.
